Hello everyone!
We want to inform you that we have launched a new campaign on Kickstarter called Battleground: Bases and Paints for Wargames, with base sets of different themes for the most popular miniature games, as well as paint sets with step-by-step guides to paint them. . You will be able to find the bases both in resin and in STL format, an option that you have been asking us for lately, and that we hope you will find interesting.

Queremos informaros de que hemos lanzado una nueva campaña en Kickstarter llamada Battleground: Bases y Pinturas para Wargames, con sets de bases de distintas temáticas para las miniaturas de los juegos más populares, así como sets de pintura con guías paso-a-paso para pintarlas. [EN] Hello everyone. First of all, we want to greet everybody a happy new year wishing that 2023 is a great year, full of health and miniatures.
Secondly, we apologize for this week without news but we have been closed for the Christmas holidays. We are back and we can confirm that we ALREADY have at our disposal all the materials that were missing, so between this week and next one every pledge that remains to be processed should be sent. We promise you a new update next week to tell you about the situation.
We again apologize and thank you for your patience and understanding. Likewise, we reiterate our wishes for this new year.

Ya estamos de vuelta y os podemos confirmar que YA tenemos todo el material que faltaba en nuestra disposición por lo que entre esta semana y la que viene debería quedar enviado todo lo que falta por procesar. Os prometemos una nueva actualización la semana que viene para comentaros la situación.

NEW SHIPPING STATUS

We want to inform you again, in response to your reasonable enquiries, how is the shipping processes going.
As you know and we have posted in previous updates we are having supply issues, especially with the wooden boxes (which are included in most of the pledges). As of today, we have yet to receive about 800 boxes from our supplier Ilersis. They have assured us that we will receive them this week, before their Christmas holidays. However, we are making an average of 80-100 shipments every day with the material that we have now and that we are receiving by drops.
We are not a multinational with hundreds of workers dedicated to preparing shipments, but we have enough resources to deal with this campaign as we have done with others, as long as we have the necessary external material in our hands. In future projects we will not make the mistake that a product that we do not manufacture ourselves is so essential in the pledges.
As of today, we have already sent their promises to more than 1,400 backers, which makes more or less 60% of the total shipments. Our transparency is total and we provide you with all the data we have, when we have it.
We keep working day by day to ship the pledges to those who are still waiting for them but, although it sounds repetitive, we ask you for a little more patience. As noted in our campaigns, the dates are always indicative for everything that may occur in the manufacturing, production and shipping processes.

Queremos informaros de nuevo, en atención a vuestra lógica insistencia, cómo van los procesos de envío.
Como sabéis y os hemos comunicado en anteriores actualizaciones estamos teniendo problemas de suministros, especialmente con las cajas de madera (que estan incluidas en la mayoria de las promesas). A día de hoy nos faltan por recibir unas 800 cajas de nuestro proveedor Ilersis. Nos han asegurado que los recibiremos esta semana, antes de sus vacaciones de Navidad. No obstante, estamos todos los días haciendo una media de 80-100 envíos con el material que tenemos y que vamos recibiendo a cuenta gotas.
No somos una multinacional con cientos de trabajadores dedicados a preparar los envíos pero tenemos los recursos suficientes para atender esta campaña como hemos hecho con otros, siempre que tengamos en nuestras manos el material externo necesario. En futuros proyectos no cometeremos el error de que un producto que no fabricamos nosotros sea tan imprescindible en las promesas.
A día de hoy ya hemos enviado sus promesas a más de 1400 patrocinadores, lo que nos hace estar más o menos en el 60% del total de los envíos. Nuestra transparencia es total con vosotros y os aportamos todos los datos que tenemos, cuando los tenemos.
Seguimos día a día trabajando para suministraros las promesas a los que faltáis pero, aunque suene reiterativo, os rogamos un poco más de paciencia. Como siempre indicamos en las campañas, las fechas son siempre orientativas por todo lo que pueda ocurrir en los procesos de fabricación, producción y envíos.

We want to explain the status of the shipping process. As we already told you, we were experiencing a delay in the delivery of material by one of our suppliers and this has undeniably affected the entire process of preparing the pledges. As we do not have specific dates for the reception of said material, we could not give you more precise information.
One of the products that have been delayed, and that we continue to receive in dribs and drabs, has been the wooden case for the paints. This also entails delays in preparation and in the laborious process of manually introducing all the individual paintings into them. We have staff dedicated solely and exclusively to this and the offers and orders on our website do not affect this process.
We continue to prepare and ship orders every day. Once your pledges are completed and collected by the carrier, we manually enter the tracking information in BackerKit and they are sent to you via email. We hope to finish the whole process in the next few weeks.
We appreciate your understanding and patience and we assure you that, as we have always done, we work to offer you the best possible product.

Queremos explicaros el estado del proceso de envíos. Como ya os comentamos, estábamos sufriendo un retraso en la entrega de material por parte de alguno de nuestros proveedores y ello ha repercutido innegablemente en todo el proceso de preparación de los pledges. Al no tener fechas concretas para la recepción de dicho material no os podíamos dar a vosotros una información más precisa.
Uno de los productos que se han retrasado, y que seguimos recibiendo a cuentagotas, ha sido el maletín de madera de las pinturas. Ello conlleva también retrasos en la preparación y en el laborioso proceso de introducción manual de todas las pinturas individuales en ellos. Tenemos personal dedicado única y exclusivamente a ello y las ofertas y pedidos de nuestra web no afectan este proceso.
Seguimos preparando y enviando pedidos cada día. Una vez vuestros pledges sean completados y recogidos por el transportista, introducimos manualmente los localizadores en BackerKit y se os envían a través de un email. Esperamos terminar todo el proceso en las próximas semanas.
Agradecemos vuestra comprensión y paciencia, y os aseguramos que, como hemos hecho siempre, trabajamos para ofreceros el mejor producto posible.
